Nates Relay Marathon

This was Nates first race.. My co worker Matt was in this and needed an extra runner so I volunteered Nate and he agreed! However he did not run before! Before we were headed to Hawaii he was on a running kick and would run 6, 10, 13 miles depending on the day but after we got back he didn't run at all so he hadn't ran for 2 months before this race but still did great! It was Sat Sept 12 we got there at 7am and left around 11:30! Nate did great! he had to run 5.2 miles They took 1st place in the mixed division and 2nd place over all!! He said he had a lot of fun and would do it again!

And the race begins!
Almost finished!

Porter's Baptism

It is crazy to think that Porter is already 8! Wow how the time flies! We all headed up to Boise to spend the weekend for PJ's big day. Nate Me and Grams all headed up on Thursday night everyone else came up on Friday afternoon. We went to Cohls football practice which was really fun and then on Saturday we went and saw a game! He is amazing however I could do without his coach.. he is a jerk! We later went to the baptism and then Kass and Jay had a big dinner at their house with everyone. It was a fun weekend! Congrats Porter!
